Correcting Imported Data
Now that you have successfully imported the bank's QXF data into Metalogic and into CSS Checking you are finished...Unless you want to assign Taxable data to help you in preparing your Schedule C or other Tax data.
Select Browse Checking
xQfilter a Wildcard Date by entering ??/??/2023 (for all of the dates for 2023)
Likewise ?3/??/2023 will filter out only the records for March, 2023
Then locate a Category which is Tax Related then highlight that record and xQfilter on that record and equate equal to for a list of records for that Category only.
From the list that is presented to you Highlight and Change each record and assign the correct Business or Tax Form
